Warranty

Golden Era Motorworks’ products are covered by a 60 day warranty against manufacturer defects. Please have your order number ready as a proof of purchase when contacting us with a warranty request. Contact us first before shipping any merchandise back.

Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please do not ship back any merchandise without a previous order number and without contacting us first to receive an RMA number. We will accept the product if it is returned within 12 days of delivery and only if the product is in its unopened, original packaging. No returns or refunds will be issued to parts that have been previously installed. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Golden Era Motorowrks will not refund any shipping and handling fees related to a returned purchase. Valid proof of purchase and order number must be provided. Please Note: If 2 items were ordered and the order qualified for free shipping, but the return of 1 of the 2 items brings the new invoice amount (after your refund) below $100, the original cost of shipping will be debited from your refund, since the order would no longer be eligible for free shipping.
